MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

Charting out your professional competencies

AUGUST – JANUARY 2021

Are you worried about how the current pandemic will disrupt your future career opportunities? We are here to help! Halogen Foundation Singapore has partnered with Deloitte to provide a six-month mentoring programme for university students who are keen to learn how to navigate their career pathway through these uncertain times.

This programme will give university students a chance to engage in meaningful conversations with their mentees by making use of rich resources such as our Mentoring Guide and Habitudes® books. Look forward to gaining more insights on skills such as goal setting, critical soft skills required in today’s world, personal branding and more all in a one-on-one setting.

ONLINE MENTORSHIP LAUNCH

Commitment Required of Mentees:

  1. Applicants should be current undergraduates studying in University.
  2. Completion of Pre, Mid and Post impact survey (online).
  3. Attend an online Interview on 29 July and 30 July. Only 17 applicants will be shortlisted for the mentorship.
  4. Attend one-hour Preparatory Training for Mentees on 12 August, 5:30PM – 6:30PM (online event).
  5. Attend one-hour Launch Event on 26 August 2020, 5.30PM – 6.30PM (online event). 
  6. Mentorship will be done on a one-on-one basis.
