The Halogen Mentoring Programme is developed and designed using the ELEMENTS Mentoring curriculum. It is a mentorship programme developed and run by Halogen (Singapore).
The ELEMENTS Mentoring pedagogy serves youths aged 17 to 25. Mentees are matched with mentors from established institutions, companies, and our Halogen⁺ community. Through engaging and impactful conversations, mentors and mentees embark on a journey of growth and development together.
Named to cover four key elements of a young person’s growth – Personal Discovery, Career Navigation, Skill Set Development, and Early Career Mastery – and contextualised to equip young people with a better understanding of themselves and their capabilities.
