The Student Leadership Challenge® allows schools to unify the language and understanding of leadership among students and educators. Through activities, stories, and videos, the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and 10 Commitment Statements can be progressively taught across the cohorts and the different tiers of leadership.
Together with authentic learning platforms like school events, service learning projects, and co-curricular activities, students can gradually work on the respective practices to grow as leaders, regardless of their age and appointment.
