Everyday Leadership is Halogen’s in-house programme, designed to simplify leadership and make it accessible to all youth by helping them discover and harness their personal influence as changemakers. Starting with personal growth, we then prepare youth to lead others, sharing responsibilities and cultivating change-making skills.
