Rather than using arbitrary factors to determine the effectiveness of leaders, utilise the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), for a holistic assessment of your leadership competency. This premier 360º accompanying assessment includes the LPI Self (completed by the Leader) and the LPI Observer (completed by others chosen by the Leader). Leaders will gain deep insight into how they see themselves as leaders, how others view them, and what actions they can take to improve their effectiveness.
With this 360º assessment, schools and organisations are able to make sense of the leadership challenges they face and provide evidence-based approaches to overcome these challenges and achieve extraordinary results.
