Chief Executive Officer, Salamander Advisory Service
Chief Executive Officer
Ivy believes in creating a positive working environment and in developing people as she stewards Halogen’s resources to achieve the larger youth impact goals. Essentially a Chief Everything Officer, she focuses on seeking new partners, funders, and contributors who can enable Halogen’s mission and work. Ivy also enjoys running to clear her head, taking one too many pictures of the skies and flora in her free time. If there ever was a workplace marathon, she’d be in the first place.
Chief of Product & Innovation
Tim lives each day grateful for the grace to be placed where he is; and for the faith to expand the organisation’s space. He oversees product development for Halogen’s next decade, exploring untapped innovations and technologies, and talking to stakeholders of our important youth work. Tim builds on his prior leadership and community work done as COO, and focuses on cultivating staff capability as he grows with them, pushing for ever-greater heights in both performance and culture. In his downtime, he drinks too much coffee, messes around with AI art and LLMs, plays a different mobile game each week, discovers new lofi and/or rap music, and reposts his wife’s Instagram stories of their two little girls.
Chief Development Officer
J.D.'s early challenges as a youth fueled a passion for helping young people unlock their potential. He leverages his unique understanding of overcoming obstacles and his global and regional career experiences in education and business to empower future generations. As CDO, he charts growth in Halogen by gaining inroads to new markets, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing innovative programmes.
A strong believer and advocate of whole-life development and mentoring, he enjoys catching up with friends over coffee, kayaking and cycling. He makes time for solitude and curiosity – takes walks, reads, and does street and macro photography while discovering new places.
Chief Experience Officer
James believes that meaningful experiences are the key to creating inspiration for all the young people, partners, and stakeholders that we work with. As Chief Experience Officer and a long-time youth advocate, he works with the Halogen team to push the boundaries of how we can improve the experiences of people we work with to broaden our social impact. On the side, he volunteers as a mentor, coach, and youth leader, partnering young people from different backgrounds to help them achieve their aspirations. James enjoys experimenting with new experiences and picking up different skills, often coming out with new recipes in the kitchen, learning a new musical instrument, or simply trying out a new board game.
Head of Corporate Office
Mansha handles all financial matters at Halogen, ensuring checks and balances are in place. She believes that one need not be in the frontlines to make a difference in society.
