ELEMENTS Mentoring matches youths aged between 17 to 25 years old with experienced mentors from established institutions, companies, and our Halogen⁺ community, allowing participants to embark on a learning journey through the power of impactful mentoring conversations.

personal discovery

Times of change provide opportunities to explore our emotions, core values, strengths, motivations, and goals. Enhance your self-awareness for a boost in self-confidence and a sense of purpose.

career navigation

Questions like “Should I follow my passion?” or “What makes a ‘good’ first job?” often arise during the transition to the professional world. Engage in discussions with a mentor for greater clarity on the type of professional you aspire to be.

skill set development

A diverse suite of skills are required for positive impact. Uncover the sought-after soft and hard skills that employers value, and learn proactive strategies for personal and professional self-improvement.

early career mastery

A first job brings many challenges—adapting to a new environment, managing productivity, and navigating relationships with coworkers. Learn and incorporate industry best practices into your communication and workflow ecosystems.

preparatory training

Discover the essentials of successful mentorships, including how to ask impactful questions and bridge mental models.

structured for success

Each Mentee will be provided with a Mentee Guide, a tool to structure conversations and learn from their Mentor’s experiences. Mentees can choose from these curated conversations to engage with their Mentors effectively.

mentor pool

Mentees will be connected with mentors from a wide range of industries for personal and professional development. Our partners include Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, Stripe, Booking.com, and the Halogen⁺ community.

Engage in key events like the Mentee Preparatory Training, Kick-off, Mid-point Check-In, and Closing sessions, crafted to equip you for the six-month adventure and connect you with our mentorship network.

continue the conversation

Beyond events, you are encouraged to initiate six meetings with your Mentors during your mentorship. Designed to be informal and adaptable, meetings can be held in diverse settings such as offices, over meals, or even virtually online.
