To enable youth to advance their skills, we match them to established mentors and create incubation platforms for them to build projects for change.

ELEMENTS Mentoring

ELEMENTS Mentoring matches youths aged between 17 to 25 years old with mentors from established institutions, to embark on a learning journey through the power of mentoring conversations.

National Young Leaders Fellowship

The nine-month fellowship recognises and develops outstanding youths aged 15 to 19 years old who are passionate and show conviction in the things they do, regardless of their academic achievements.

We also curate programmes to educate and equip both youth and youth enablers.

During our 3rd session, my mentor and I had a discussion about my core values and how I should let my values guide me when choosing my profession in the future, as well as how I portray myself in my university applications and job interviews.
