NOVEMBER 2020 – MAY 2021

In partnership with LinkedIn Social Impact, we have designed this 6-month 1-on-1 mentorship journey to provide university students with support and guidance as they transit from being a student to a working adult. With a customised curriculum based on Habitudes® and our in-house resources, mentors will get to share their experience of being in the working world and help mentees to navigate through the uncertain terrain of charting out their life map.

This mentorship programme will be a great opportunity for those looking to:

Get started on developing character, mindsets and skillsets to become effective, mature contributors to the workforce

Gain insight to navigating through the uncertain terrain of charting out a career

Have perspective on key soft skills that are crucial for personal and professional competencies

Joining the LinkedIn Mentorship Programme is one of the best decision I have ever made! The programme has opened up a plethora of opportunities for me to explore and it has definitely shaped my outlook towards life. I am thankful to be paired with a mentor who gave me constant guidance and support in terms of personal and career development. Her kind-heartedness and positive attitude towards learning has never failed to inspire me. It has been an extremely fulfilling journey where I get to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to grow and develop!

– Min Hui Chee, LinkedIn Mentee

The mentoring programme was a really easy way of giving back to the community. It is well structured, and there are resources to help with guiding conversations with your mentee. It is a great way to help play your part in closing the network gap, you get to learn so much on the journey, not just about mentoring, but also about yourself, and you get to have fun at the same time. Everyone should do this at least once!

– Min-Lin Lim, LinkedIn Mentor
