Are you looking for a place of work that promotes a culture of growth and development, while having fun? We are looking for Fundraising Manager to join our growing full-time team.

Halogen Foundation aims to inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well, and we take that mission seriously with our staff as well. Being a youth development organisation, we work with the youthful vibrancy of our stakeholders and students, ensuring that while we do the social good of building young leaders and entrepreneurs, we also do the personal good of building a staff team that is enabled to do their best work.

As a Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for our efforts in fundraising and donation events, playing an integral role in ensuring that we have the financial capacity to deliver transformative programmes to our youths and youth influencers. You will be in charge of building an outreach strategy and processes for donations and gifts, handling the full spectrum of our qualification, cultivation, outreach, and stewardship of contributions and their respective contributors. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and iterate a research and outreach strategy to increase our brand and cause awareness to potential donors

  • Work with partners to receive corporate volunteering hours, CSR grants, and other forms of corporate giving
  • Oversee the operations of fundraising events and managing the stakeholders involved in each event

A typical week at work involves

  • Actively engaging our current portfolio of donors and supporters, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors
  • Seeking innovative ways of corporate giving and stewarding these gifts to benefit the youths we work with
  • Presenting the cause of Halogen Foundation to prospective donors and supporters at pitch events, networking sessions, and informal meetings
  • Managing the project timelines and execution of fundraising events such as our CharityGala Dinner
