To create more effective youth development interventions, we must measure the impact of our work and adapt according to an ever-evolving landscape. Steps are taken to ensure that we curate measurement metrics that are meaningful and relevant to assess the change we hope to see.

We use an attributes-based framework to measure individual competencies and evaluate interventions.

From this framework, we provide a means of identifying, articulating, and validating youth development outcomes in a consistent and targeted manner. Alongside this framework is a list of measurement tools for assessing and tracing a young person’s growth across these attributes. Our goal is to give both youth and youth developers the resources to develop themselves and their programmes.
