On 3 July 2020, we had our first ever virtual dinner, The Mini Halogen Ball. Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided that it is of the best interest for The Halogen Ball to be rescheduled to 7th January 2021. The Mini Halogen Ball was thus conceived and organised as an experiential event, in order for us to continue recognise and thank partners of the Halogen Ball for their continuous support.
It was our pleasure hosting all 70 of our partners and friends during this event. We would like to specially thank President Halimah Yacob for gracing our event, Chef Damian D’Silva of Restaurant Kin for preparing dinner for the evening, and our sponsors Bynd Artisan, Bread & Butterfly, Cellarmasters Wine, Da Paola, and Escentials for completing this evening’s festivities with their various specialties, goodies and mementos.
During the evening, our presenting sponsor of the Halogen Ball, Tan Chong International Limited, announced the launch of the Tan Chong International Limited x Halogen Foundation Singapore Mentorship Programme. This programme offers opportunities for youths to gain invaluable insights on topics such as goal setting, personal branding, and financial planning.
